We want you to be happy with what you learn. This policy explains how refunds work for courses bought on shamirgeorge.com.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the course (as a guide, more than 50% of the lectures).

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the course name. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

If you hold an all-access subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not provided except where required by law.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse — for example, downloading or sharing course content, or repeatedly buying and refunding. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
