These Terms govern your use of shamirgeorge.com and the online courses offered by Shamir George ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
2. Courses & license
When you enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that course's content for your own learning, for as long as we offer it. You may not share your account, redistribute, download for redistribution, resell, or publicly perform the videos or materials.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Prices are shown at checkout. By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. We do not store your card details.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All course content — videos, text, quizzes, slides, and certificates — is owned by Shamir George and protected by copyright. Your licence does not transfer any ownership.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, circumvent access controls, share account access, or use the platform to break any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued when you complete a course. They certify completion of our material and are not an accredited qualification unless explicitly stated.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Courses are provided for educational purposes "as is", without warranty of any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
